If you want to cancel/ change or return your order please send an e-mail to hello@mimujeratelier.com .The dispatch process can be very quick and once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, you can return your order within 5 days after receiving. The product should be in its original packaging, complete and the return shipment has to be made at your own cost. It is recommended to use a registered delivery service, mi mujer is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. A refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. An exchange of products can be made as well under above listed conditions. No refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 5 days later.
Mi mujer products are delivered worldwide. Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo has been nominated for domestic shipments and are delivered within 2-10 business days. All other international shipments are being handled by our partner DHL and usually takes 4-15 business days for delivery. For each mode of shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you.
SHIPMENTS
The shipment costs within Turkey for orders under 250 TL is 10 TL. Shipping is free for orders over 250 TL. International orders are sent via DHL. Shipping costs may vary depending on the order amount and the country to be delivered. Complimentary tote bags and select promotions are not available for international orders due to customs and international shipping regulations.

Your order will be cleared through customs by our partner DHL. If there are any issues encountered by your local customs agent, DHL will contact you directly.
Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
